Games like Arena of Champions
Choose by game loop, not the shared theme
Arena of Champions offers queued 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 PvP with browser and Windows entry points. The projects below are related choices, not interchangeable products or a ranked recommendation. I did not test their servers, accounts or frame rates.
Open Vanilla: a browser world
Open Vanilla describes itself as free, open-source and community-built, with browser play and guest or sign-in routes. That is a single project’s description, not an independent audit of its code or availability. Choose this direction if exploring a broader world matters more than only queueing arena rounds.
Azeroth Survivors: survivor-style runs
The linked Azeroth Survivors fan guide describes a survivor-style game with automatic attacks and upgrade choices, rather than team PvP. It explicitly says it is not affiliated with the developers and currently displays Aevoria Survivors in its frame. Treat its account, platform and pricing claims as that fan site’s descriptions, not a verified developer promise. See our comparison and source limits.
Lighthaven: do not assume browser entry
Lighthaven’s own connection guide describes a Wrath of the Lich King realm and instructs visitors to obtain a compatible client and set a realmlist. The public page checked does not substantiate the older browser-streaming or phone-support claims, so I do not recommend it as an install-free browser alternative. Single source: its own connection instructions.
These checks do not establish Blizzard affiliation, account safety, legal status, uptime or current population. I removed unsupported release-date claims and do not list a project solely because a creator’s hashtag mentions it.
Questions
Which option fits arena PvP?
Arena of Champions is the queued arena game described here. Open Vanilla describes broader world play; the survivor guide describes a different genre.
Is Lighthaven confirmed to run in a browser?
Not by the public connection guide checked on 30 Oct 2026. It describes obtaining a client and setting a realmlist, so this page does not promise browser or phone support.
Are these official Blizzard browser games?
This comparison does not establish Blizzard affiliation for these projects and does not repeat unsupported official-client or launch-date claims.
