Patch 0.10 Ready for Launch
Ready for Launch, version 0.10, is dated 26 Oct 2026, the same day the game moved home in 0.9. Towns gain layers so the starting area is not one crowded room. Titles appear. Chat and the combat log merge. A latency readout shows on screen. The Windows client updates itself before you play: a small window tracks the download, then the updated game opens.
Connection errors start using three sentences: the server cannot be reached, the server is restarting for an update, or the connection dropped. Restart warnings fire at five minutes, one minute and ten seconds. The last minute closes new queues and practice. Those lines are still how I read outages on the status page.
For Frost Mage, the Winter’s Chill talent now lets Deep Freeze stun for the full four seconds without requiring a frozen target, but gives it a 45-second cooldown. This is a talent-specific change, not the baseline spell’s timing. I keep that pair of numbers because the changelog states both. I am not extending the change to other stuns.
