Patch 0.13 Duels

Duels, version 0.13, is dated 27 Oct 2026. Inside town you can challenge someone to a 1v1. Right-click a portrait and choose Challenge to a Duel, or type a duel command with their name. They have 40 seconds to accept or decline. The fight uses your current hero, it is not rated, and party members can fight each other. Queueing cancels a duel. You cannot challenge someone who is queued or already in a match. Everyone also gains about five percent health in this build. Feral mana is listed at 5000 and Restoration mana at 6250 in the druid notes around this pass.

Kidney Shot gets its own diminishing-returns category, so it can follow Cheap Shot for a full stun. That is a rogue change, written up on the rogue page.

Hotfix 0.13.1, Ratings Restored, fixes ratings snapping back to 1500 after a server restart. Hotfix 0.13.2, Into the Storm, makes Bladestorm follow the Warcraft rules the developer cited, and it fixes a 2v2 queue window that refused to open. If your rating looked wiped after a restart in this era, 0.13.1 is the note that admits the bug. The later 0.21 reset is a deliberate wipe, not this bug.
